Field Biologist Integrated Pest Management Audit & Inspection

Our pest control field biologist inspection and auditing service is the foundation of our integrated pest management system.

Pest control field biologist audits are a standard requirement in all areas of the food manufacturing and production sectors.

Guidance provided by the British Retail Consortium (BRC) Global Standard for Food Safety that a minimum of two field biologist inspections are carried out per year.

Using our own in house auditing guidance documentation and (ICT) Identify – Check – Test system we provide a professional level of service to help ensure compliance.

Clients who already have a West Country Pest Control Integrated Pest Management service contract in place already benefit from an annual inspection included in the cost of the yearly pest management service schedule.

Prospective clients are able to benefit from our years of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) experience of various types of site environment, whereby we can carry out an audit on site to identify any improvements that can be made regarding IPM and to guide and advise business managers and personnel to eradicate potential problem areas with the goal of a pest free environment in mind. Our pest control field biologist inspection will include at the very least:

• Determine the current level of infestation
• A review of your current pest control documentation
• Review the standard of practice carried out by the site pest control technician
• Recommend pest control best practice
• Ensure that the Campaign for Responsible Rodenticide  Use (CRRU) guidance is implemented to an acceptable standard
• Liaise with business owners and management
• Recommend suitable alternative IPM practices
• Identify potential preventative proofing and suggest a suitable solution.
